In a Tribe in South Africa when someone has a harmful or unfair behavior he is taken by the community to the center of the village and everyone surrounds him, reminding him for two days of all the good things he has done.
These people believe that each being is born as a kind being and that sometimes in the search that life forces them to make some mistakes, there they are seen as a request for help so everyone unites to reconnect that person with their essence.
SAWABONA is the word that represents this movement and means "I respect you, I value you and you are important to me"
SHIKOBA is the word that represents the result of this movement and means "So I exist for you"
"UNITE, RISE AND RECONNECT WITH YOUR ESSENCE"

Congratulations to all the Masters who, in one way or another, transmit their knowledge... Congratulations also to the Sages who use Nature as a Sacred Book to teach!

"Give space for the other to speak even if there is a difference of opinion. This does not diminish or weaken your reason, on the contrary... It's so good when someone listens to us... so... how about doing the same?
Oh and remember... you're not behind... it's someone who's in front of you! Be alright!"
