Often, because we don't handle all the day-to-day tasks, we feel defeated, making the situation even worse.


Don't be discouraged....remember these three very simple "concepts" that help a lot in these situations and in others as well:


Necessary: ​​Is it really necessary to do something?


Enough: Am I exaggerating, forgetting that enough is enough?


Possible: Good thing not everything is possible! Don't be afraid to say it.
