Anguish, in turn, is still, dense and deep water, where its axis is always in downward rotation. It is formed by unresolved waste.
Anxiety is water that runs wanting to embrace the tree that has not yet been born.
Fear is a spreading fire. Unresolved issues turn into fear. The imaginary creativity of fear makes it easily reach its maximum limit, and when this happens, fear turns into dread.
Dread is the smoke of a fire that, even without fire, remains in the air. I can't breathe. He wants to get out of this place, but he has nowhere to go. Imminent death makes the panic coated with the symptoms overflow.
Panic is the limit of exhaustion in the fight against invasions of thoughts, feelings, emotions of all nationalities and ethnicities. A silent internal noise where no one understands each other, but everyone, at the same time, wants to be right.
1 - Prevention
Prevention is the ability to get there first to occupy the best place.
Preventive therapy aims to prevent the situation from worsening. It is the hands and tools that help in the crossing.
